Title: Ms. Amrita Dey wins best poster award at International conference on semiconductors
Event Date:
Tuesday, 27 June 2017 - 11:30am to Sunday, 27 August 2017 - 4:00pm

Ms. Amrita Dey, an Ph.D. students of the Physics department of IIT-B, working with Prof. Dinesh Kabra, has won the "Best Poster Award" at the prestigious "12th International Conference on Optical Probes of Organic and Hybrid Semiconductors (OP2017)" held at Quebec City Canada.

The Optical Probes Conference is the premier series of meetings in the field of photophysics of organic semiconductors, and its scope now extends to cover hybrid semiconductor such as perovskites amongst others. The scope of the current conference is a variety of excited state phenomena in technologically important materials and biosystems, including size-dependent and time-dependent electronic interactions, excited state dynamics, strong light-matter interactions, quantum confinement, photocarrier transport, and novel spectroscopic techniques.
