Title: Artificial Intelligence Bioinformatics in Precision Oncology

Speaker: Dr. Ruby Srivastava

Affiliation: CCMB, Hyderabad

Abstract: Advances in Next-generation technology (NGS) coupled with a deep understanding of cancer biology have promoted the rational design of target therapy toward precision oncology. Artificial intelligence (AI) integrated machine learning techniques are used to tackle the challenges of scalability and high dimensionality data and to transform multi-omics data into clinically actionable knowledge and the foundation of precision medicine. AI tools support clinical decision-making and improve clinical efficiency while delivering safe and high-value care. Many challenges need to be overcome with the effort of multidisciplinary teams. The book “Artificial Intelligence Bioinformatics in Precision Oncology” gives a comprehensive analysis of the above-mentioned techniques and advancements of AI-based clinical cancer research to improve cancer prognosis, and diagnosis, resulting in enhanced prediction rates and survival of cancer patients. Hope this book will help the readers to discover effective and accurate diagnostic and therapeutic approaches to manage and control cancer growth in future generations.
