Title: Frequency domain quantum information processing
using nonlinear optics Abstract: Optical qubits are promising candidates for implementing
protocols for quantum information processing (QIP) due to low
decoherence and compatibility with existing integrated and fiber based
platforms. Here we explore the possibility of using frequency encoded
qubits manipulated using four wave mixing to tackle various problems in
photonic QIP and their advantages over conventional spatial and
polarization encoded schemes.
